A unique and beautiful combo of onion pink with cobalt blue korvai kanchivaram silk saree
The body has a very contemporary take of motifs designed very aesthetically by the masterweavers 60 years back , with each box having a set of different floral motifs woven
Weaving technique involved - an adai woven 8 petal heartin shaped floral buttas on body , small chakram butta flower with adai weave , coin or paun buttas on the box with ettukol weave technique,
Border rettapet with pathakkam motifs and korvai pillayar moggu , border buttas on jacquard woven , pallu with moplas and grandeur zari woven with same motifs repeated as in border
Blouse - plain unique cobalt blue with muthu seer stripes
Zari - 3 gm gold zari used

Fabric care
- Always dry clean for the first wash. For subsequent washes, if dry cleaning is not possible, gently hand wash in cold water with soapnut or silk-suitable detergent or baby shampoo.
- Always air dry the saree in shade. Never wring the sari or use it in the washing machine or dryer. Never rub the sari vigorously.
- Do not store silk without dry cleaning
